This was pretty excellent. To be able to do this with relative ease on the back end of a 110+ mile week is very encouraging. I was going for a race pace threshold type workout, where I go from roughly goal pace down to something quicker. I jogged about 250 meters between each interval and took no rest besides that. I could have probably slammed another interval around the same time as the 5th one, but I didn't want to push it too hard. Couple easy days to recover, and then I'll try and come up with a good long one for Sunday, this time maybe with a little variation... a progression of some kind?
