race day. woke up with back pain and pain in my left Achilles. it was not the best morning. Took some ibuprofen and it seemed to work had a banana then headed to jamisons. ate a bagel there. hydrated well throughout the day. ran the 800. felt fine during my race no pains. just fell off during the last half of the the last lap. went on a pretty long cool down for the mileage
