8-12-12-8. 2:40?, 345,4,4,2:30. Supposed to be tempo effort but... Idk lol. Not too bad. Lower back still felt like it was seizing up, also had to keep the shoulders loose.

Monday means, Maximum Chest: Calling All Recruits!
Chest day is always awesome. Used 60lb dumbbells, did 3x8 then a drop set of 8 total reps with 45lbs. Really fatigued by then so some reps were pretty halfassed. But i was really happy with this exercise today. Really felt some deep contractions in the chest right from the first set, slowed the later reps for extra burn. 4x8 25lb flys, gonna do 27.5lbs next time. Then unassisted dips. These were amazing actually. Went for sets of 15 with 90 second rest, my triceps are sore as I'm typing this now. Then cable flys. Aiming to bench 150lbs at home next week. We'll see how dumbbell press translates into barbell press.
