Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6 miles with my high school team, then 5 miles on my own. Since it's the first day back, I did the 5 on my own several hours later, to make sure I didn't strain my body on the first day back to running.

I did something pretty stupid today: submitting myself to the high school stretch routine. I mean, dumb stuff like side lunges and stretches that are made for sprinters, all before the actual running. Really killed my quads.
