Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Progression Run. Started off at 7:00 pace for the first 3 miles, dropped down to 6:00 pace on Forbidden Drive, then finished at 5:35 pace for the last 3 miles. Didn't feel too good the first few miles, stomach hurt and had a little heartburn. The last few miles I started to feel pretty strong and relaxed (except for the hills of course).
