Comments:
Good stuff today. 800m , 2x400, 4x200 with equivalent distance rest. Times were something like 2:28, 72 73, 32 31 30 29. Every interval was faster than the expected pace, and I felt really strong throughout, so that's definitely a good thing. Followed up with strength/abs/stretch and the long-awaited ICE BATH.
