Sometimes these night runs really surprise me. I dread them, feel like "What the hell am I doing with myself?" Then minutes into the run my body finds its equilibrium or something like that and settles into and feels like "Oh yeah, this is what I'm SUPPOSED to be doing." And it's like I don't even think about the run, or, in a way, feel like I'm running at all. It just kind of happens. It's a crazy feeling. I think I'm getting pretty fit
