Comments:
Was looking for a progression run, but I didn't have the patience for it. I warmed up for a couple miles, then picked it up a bit and was totally shocked to see that I had just ran a 5:39 because it felt like I was just cruising along. Honestly this felt so easy in the beginning. Even getting up to the 16-17 mile range I was comfortable. I pushed it a bit at the end and ran a 5:18 last mile, but other than that I was very consistent. I averaged 5:31 if you take out the first two miles, and the last mile. Comparing to the last 20 miler I did, I crushed this
