couldnt get much running in today cuz shit went down....
F for 18 hours, broke at 2pm, followed by more at 445-5pm. chest at the gym at 6pm. I could feel the effects. 3x8 with 60lbs, but struggled putting up the last rep of the 3rd set. 4th set i hit 5 reps with a slow burn negative last rep. switched to 50lbs and got about 6 reps. did 30lb flyes with bent elbows, less strain on everything so ill do this from now on. inclines... 40lbs, 3x8 with the latter 2 sets as rest pauses after 5 reps. had a hard time feeling the chest, especially the upper chest with these. 3x8 dips were really tough, probably cuz i did more pressing movements today, and less rest for the tri's before dips.
it was probably tougher today cuz i was still digesting, and also i took a nap so energy levels had to be on the low side.
i cant wait to get my bcaas next week to counteract the effects of gluconeogenesis during F. lets see how the body fat percentage changes after 2 weeks. i def want to stick to this even if workouts get tougher. continue to lift heavy so that the muscles are prioritized and stay full. starting tomorrow im gonna start training in the F-phase, curious to see how this'll feel for the back on wednesday.
