6miles with abs in between. First 4 miles, then did leg raises with twists. then decline crunches, which were tougher because i think the bench was more declined and i did leg raises already. then 2 more miles. this was all done from hours 16-18 of F-phase and felt just fine. i found some shitty walmart brand temporary bcaas at rite aid and ill start using it tomorrow. probably 5grams at a time, especially pre, intra and post workout.

chest and tris sore as fuark. see how back goes tomorrow in the F-phase
