Comments:
I had to wait all the way until 8 PM to get a clear track. Turns out Merrimack valley striders rents the place out until 8 and they were doing some speed stuff around the track. While they were clearing out I warmed up 3 miles and stretched. I then did my 4x200 w/200jog in 31-31-31-30. After that the place was empty save for a skateboarder I nearly collided with and some lax bros. running on the shitty 140m track really sucked and it felt like I was just running straight turns the whole time. I did 6 one way going 65-63-64-64-64-64 w/400j between then I had to stop really quick to shit (didnt mean to interrupt the workout) and decided to switch directions to balance it out for the last 4 400s. I hit 65-65-65-64 for the last 4 but I was kinda struggling the last lap of each 400 (2 3/4 laps to a 400). Overall really shitty tough workout to do alone on such a crappy track. Cooled down about a mile then got a really bad cramp near my appendix and decided to cut the thing short
