quadruple drop holy shit burnnn

ran outside for the first time this break llol i have concluded that time goes by about 2.5 times as fast as when running on the treadmill.

started off with 35lb shoulder presses with good form. elbows flared and not touching the weights at the top of the movement. first set 10 reps, then 9 then 8, then 6 reps with dropset to 25lbs for about 4reps. actually really felt the burn on the eccentric phase on some of these like i would with dumbbell chest presses, so i consider it successful. Lateral deltoid head was pre-fatigued when i got to lateral raises. Used just 20lbs for this, did 3 sets of 10. 4th set did a quadruple dropset to 15lbs, then 10lbs then 7.5lbs. Damn. ran a mile on the treadmill immediately and it was the most painful thing ive every felt. the shoulders were burrnininingnggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.
Did rear delt flys with 20lbs superset with cable rear delt extensions. 8 reps on each, 3 sets. shoulder extended to try to isolate the rear delt. felt the burn from this too.
tried to play around with reverse grip military press but it bothered my elbow so i stopped that.
then 3x10 with 20lbs front raises. Then 3 sets on the shoulder machine
i'd say shoulder day was successful today cuz i felt it really well. i should try another dropset or something on the laterals and DB press to increase the overall volume of the shoudler workout, since Veale's not gonna have the shoulder machine next week. NO-Xplode and SciVation Xtend should be arriving in cleveland today, ill get it when i go back tomorrow morning.
