Rosevelt Isl to G'town to Rock Creek Park to and through the zoo (and up that F'ing zoo hill), though Dupont and eventually foogy bottom; pass DOS, lincoln, and then over the potomac via Mem bridge and back to Rosevelt Island. approx 10 miles in about 75 min.
