Solo Beast

Comments:
Decided the beast would be a good mental challenge to do alone for a long run. Apparently it was about to go crazy and snow so I decided to get out earlier in the day. First downhill mile was fast (6:00) so I backed off a lot for a while. Felt pretty solid today. Definitely went really easy up the ~2.5 straight miles of beast but I ended up averaging out to a pretty good pace for a long hilly run.
