Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I went out for about an hour with a hill workout in mind. I began with something of warmup, then made a tempo effort up a long, gentle hill, then recovered for a bit, keeping the pace honest. I proceeded to explore some uncharted neighborhoods, doing a few repeats on several, shorter but steeper hills. I felt surprisingly quick, but wanted to push more. The mileage was simply a product of searching for hills-- of which there were about 10 in all. At the end I finally conquered one of the hills that leads directly into my neighborhood, but I never take. I did planks per 2:15 for position, and saw no use in leg lifts. I seem to have mentally beaten my sickness, but I shall take a day off tomorrow all the same.
