Muskingum race day

Comments:
i got put into a lot of events today. so first was the 400. i was on the line gettin ready to blast off but then i think i just didnt hear the gun so by the time i looked up everyone was screaming and the other runners were charging down the back stretch already so i couldnt run that race. Then the 800 came and i went out in the lead and all but then i miscounted my laps. I actually had 1 more lap to go but i thought i was finished so i got DQed.
In the 1500, i thought maybe if i did an extra lap that would make up for the 800 as well. but they didnt like that so i couldnt get an official time for the 1500 either.
I was still amped up to race when the 5k came around. but i ended up missing the race because i forgot to switch my watch from daylight savings so it was an hour behind and by the time i went to check in for the 5k they said it happened already -_- ..... so i just did like a 5k by myself on the infield, ran like a 14:18. people told me the infield was short each lap but not by much i dont think so my overall time was probably like a 14:20.
i made it to the 10k on time after my solo 5k, and that went well for the first half. but it was such a long race that i got lost. i didnt know where i was, had to go to a payphone to call a cab but all of my change i spent on you.
by the time i got back to the meet from getting lost, it was time to run the 3k steeple. well the first lap was fine i was cruising along, but then at the first water pit, the water was burning hot, probably because of the above average temperature weather today and global warming etc, but the water scalded my legs and i had to stop. and i was done racing for the day.


but in all seriousness i did a fratlek with ethan, 10x 1:30 on 1:30 off. felt better and better with each interval. good day
