Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

My legs were feeling tired before this run even started so I was surprised this went so well. Got into a groove after about 4 miles and it felt effortless after that. In the last mile I was considering how my legs felt and wondering how the last 8 miles would go if I continued to marathon distance. I think I could have run the last 8 under 56 minutes without any problems. I am very encouraged because that would project me at about 2:58:00 on an easy run. Would I be 13 minutes faster in a race? That is too be determined.
