Weather: Windy and Cold
Comments:
My left shin hurts a lot. I think it is biomechanical. MIle 1: 8:37; Mile 2: 8:24. I ran on the grass at DRW and then did a loop. I need to figure out how to lessen strain on shins. I imagine that I will take wednesday off from running.
