Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Very slow, easy run. Ended with drills and strides although the strides hurt my foot so I stopped after two. I had some soreness in my right quad as well. Probably a delayed response to Saturday.

It's been the same old story with my foot: it hurt all day to walk on and it hurt at the beginning of the run, but it felt better as the run went on and was almost pain free by the end. When I had my stress fracture it was the exact opposite. It didn't hurt at all to walk on, but killed when I started running and got worse as the run went on.
