Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 x .5/1/2 w/ 5 minute break in between sets. .5 @ 5:40, 1 @ 5:50, 2 @ 6:20 rolling straight from one pace into the other. Really felt great today. I was nervous about the workout because it requires going fast for quite a long distance. No real problems during this and didn't feel overly spent at the end. Tired legs going into this were not a problem either. Very good indicator that I am in shape to run a great time.
