Comments:
Practice was definitely the highlight of my day today. 10x300 at American University with a 100m in between and 500m half way through. I felt great--maybe because I made the executive decision to do this in spikes. Zeke and I stayed together the whole time, except for the eighth pickup. We were extremely consistent and closed in 50. Anthony said our form was bad after the first 5, so we made an effort to stay more upright. Eight striders beforehand, and 50 pushups, and planks when I got home.
