Much better workout!!! 800's! The wind was so shitty and I feel as though it may have messed up my times but other than that I was okay. I didn't feel good at all after 200 meters every time because I would hit wind. Was trying to hit around 2:47 and was on pace for sub 2:40 for the first 300, and then the wind would slow me down A LOT. Had tons of energy but my legs would just not move. I still need some mental work. And my foot has been really awful to walk around on, and during the cool down I had to stop after 4 mins or so because it was becoming unbearable.
