Time Trials

March 30, 2013 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: ~35 degrees to start, warmed up to ~50 degrees, sunny, nice, not much wind

Comments:
I'm not too happy with my times. I need to work on my hurdle form with spikes on. I was planning on doing a hurdle workout with them on, but we had to do time trials.

Below my right calf is especially tight. I had some general lower back pain. My right heel hurts a little from the hurdles, but that isn't a big deal. My left toe hurts from an idiotic injury, but it shouldn't hinder performance.

400m Hurdles - ~62
110m Hurdles - ~16.5
400m - ~60

I need to get down to 57.5 for the 400m Hurdles. I'm hoping to jump into the 15's for the 110m Hurdles. I was pretty dead by the 400m, but I should have been able to run much faster than a 60...
