Comments:
Mile 1: 8:42; Mile 2: 8:45; Mile 3: 8:01; Mile .03: 18.7.
My legs felt good. I took a lot of time off this week to let my shins recover. I did some butt kicks and sprints. I also picked up the pace twice on mile 3 for 20 meters or so. I'm not as fast as I used to be!
