Mighty Ducks

Exercise Type: Run

Another really good long run. Legs a bit tired in the last mile and after the run, but they felt fairly fresh during. Faster than last week and slightly longer. It's all good!

When I was running back up High St. from downtown, I saw the Anaheim Ducks team bus being unloaded at their hotel. No player sightings though.
