Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Miles 11-15 in 5:29, :38, :40, :27, :14. The rest of the run was at a pretty steady pace ~6:20s. The steady running felt so easy. Once I changed gears, the fact that I drank decently hard last night kicked in. I could just sense the hangover holding me back. Plus I drank one glass of water at 7:00am and ate no food before and brought no gels with me on the run. All considered, I'd say I'm feeling pretty good about this workout
