Hurdle Form Training

Weather: ~50-60 degrees, very nice

Comments:
The nicest day of the year so far. Unfortunately, it will be getting colder tomorrow again.

I didn't run anything other than the warmup today. I worked on my hurdle form with spikes on for the meet on Wednesday. I think I got it down pretty good, but we will see when it counts.

I tried a new method for form practice today. I set up the hurdles in 2 lanes and staggered them so I could work on my lead leg and trail leg at the same time. It worked quite well.

My back had minimum pain. My left toe problem seems to have gone away. The top, left side of my right foot hurt a bit after practice when I put my trainers back on. It sort of felt like the shoe was too tight, but it wasn't. My right foot hasn't hurt in a few days in its usual spot. My knees began popping/cracking on my trail legs, and there is some staggered pain. Mainly the left knee hurts. My calves are very sore, especially my right calf, and my hamstrings are pretty sore.
