Well, that has to be the least successful joke ever. Here is what I actually did. Today marks my first run with a watch. I am hoping that it was inaccurate. I fear that my steady runs by myself are of an extremely low quality and generally slow pace. This one was no exception. Although I was glad I did it, the run felt like a cooldown for a workout I didn't do. My watch said 7.11 in 58:28, but I couldn't figure out how to stop it at this one, long light and the whole experience felt tiring, even with a day off. I am going to change the distance a bit, for my own mental stability.
