Comments:
left from commons and did the ally loop backwards, going out on gilman. First three miles were around 830ish, with most of it on gilman, and then the last three were 755, 745, and 725 respectively. Even though I was extremely sore from lunges yesterday, I stretched out really well afterwards and feel pretty good.
