Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time I wore water belt, felt out of sorts with it on. But glad to have the water. I won't even mention the wind but it was there at times. Not a great long run, felt very heavy and SLOW. Kept checking distance (bad idea) but wanted to be done.
