Comments:
i raced well today. Rather than focusing on how to run the 4, i just focused on chasing down the guys in front of me and i ran over a second faster than last week. I could have ran 53, but i didn't run through the line. 2 meets to go and i hope to run in the 52s. 54.2 was my time today.
