Sunday run--first back from injury

Comments:
Beautiful weather. Went out to do 5 and ended up doing about 5.5. Had to take a 2 minute walk break after the first mile--started increasing pace and felt some pressure in the Achilles. Trying to not push hard and just get some miles in this week and back on track.
