Weather: Sunny -- WINDY (again).

Comments:
Was a little tired at work today (or just...BORED!). Realized that it was probZ from being at the window all day and breathing in all that fresh pollen coming at my face. Felt fine once I got home.

With our small group tonight, decided just to scale it back a little and get in a short run and be content with that. Energy felt good again and just focused on quick feet and good arms.
