Weather: Windy and Rainy
Comments:
My left shin is sore. I tried to release tension in teh calf yesterday. I"m sure the issue is partly bio-mechanical and perhaps, partly shoes. I need to figure out how to land better. I think it may be a tight calf? We'll see. I was in a hurry, so i didn't get my watch set at the start. I think I ran between 8:30-9:00 min/miles
