Comments:
Awesome workout, think I will be doing more hills going forward. Ran in the thunderstorm which was a bit scary but it started partway though the workout. 6 hill repeats and was pretty toast by the end but really worked the muscles and cardio, maybe 8 next week and a longer warmup and cool down. Trail was like a river.
