Comments:
i was really amped as hell to do this workout and only to be buzzkilled by a thunderstorm. tried to emulate it on the treadmill cuz i dont have time tomorrow.
didnt take my usual preWO no-xplode but had a scoop of iforce hemavol. it just wasnt the same, didnt get a burst of energy or anything. i think ill stack half a scoop of NO w/ maybe 1and1/2 scoop of hemavol next time.
Tbar rows 4x10 w/ 90lbs. felt tough, no NOS set.
Dips were nice. 4x10 w/ 45lbs strapped, 2x12w/25lbs, 1x20 bodyweight.
Couldnt do lat pulldowns cuz the gray tank kid was on it forever. did pull ups instead and these were horrid. i think pullups are my least favorite exercise. 3x8 was hard as shit. then did 3x10 w/100lbs on latpulldown when it was free. i dont quite feel as much soreness in the upper lats as i usually do but i do in the lower lats.
one armed rows w/ 40lb and bench dips w/ 35lbs. possibly felt the rows better this week. 4x10/12
machine rows w/ 55lbs superset w/ reverse fly 15lbs. 3x10/12. burned the upper back nicely
rope pulls 4x10 w/ 32.5lb, 1min rest. got the tris nicely.
