2x200, then 220, 240, 260, 280, 300. first 200 in 32 and then accelerate from there. Hip still felt kind of tight, turnover was choppy and not so smooth.

got ice bags for my shins afterwards. hurt a lot while icing, but afterwards they haven't felt this good in a while.
