Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Weather's back to normal: 50s. I was feeling back to normal, too. No more weak, sluggish feeling. I feel like it's related to when I eat lunch. Like on Wednesday I ate lunch at noon, then didn't run until 6:30, so I had 6.5 hours with no food. Then on Thursday I ate lunch at like 1:30 (huge meal at the Four Seasons on the company card) and felt fine on the run. I also think it's exacerbated by the fact that I spend hours at a time sitting on my ass at work.
Started the run off with a very slow warm up to the track followed by drills and strides. The drills were good, but I stopped after just 2 strides because my right foot was hurting again and my left hamstring was tight. Ran back to my house after, then did the 8.6 mile Forbidden Drive loop. Good day
