Comments:
Felt like I needed to pick it up a little bit today to shake the soreness out of my legs. Since the other guys started out going 7:30s pace I wasn't having any of that, and Burke joined me. Overall I think my legs felt a lot better after the run which is a good sign, workout tomorrow looks really easy.
