Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Same course as 3 weeks ago, but 20 seconds faster than then. Clock time was 17:37, and the course is 19ish seconds longer (using pace calculator conversion) so that is where the 17:18 comes from. First mile very fast around 5:20 and then I settled in to run two miles around 5:50. All those times are approximate because the laps were screwy. All in all I was pleased. I didn't expect to PR or to go sub-17, although that would have been nice. I'm not really training for a 5K, and I'm not in the best shape yet. Hopefully I can get in PR shape in the 5K by years end.
