Comments:
This workout provided a nice break from crunch-time paper-writing. Joining the 5K guys felt great, since the workout fell in between mid-distance and long-distance, where I usually find my strengths. My feet have been giving me issues, with pain in my left heel and blisters on my right foot. It's pretty ridiculous how often I'm getting tiny injuries this season, compared to previous seasons.
