Bumped into NS as I warmed up and told him about the bombing in Boston. Sad news. This is the first time a race has ever been affected by terrorism, that I know of.

Did 3 sets of Goblet Squats (75 lbs), weighted pull-ups (25 lbs) and SINGLE LEG ROMANIAN DEAD LITS (30 lbs) with a warm up round. Then did my physio exercies. No core this time.

Between this, the 15' walk on break, and the 45' walk with Benson in the evening, I'd say it was a pretty good day. But my desire to get back to running has never been greater.
