Comments:
Good workout. I didn't get quite so much out of it as I think everyone else did, but I call it successful. I hit between 33 and 34 on each interval, never 35 and only a few 32.
I feel fine physically, which means my mind is the battlefield of this season. My performance on Saturday will show me whether I'm going to win the war or not.
