All Jack3d up

April 19, 2013 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6miler with the bomb and why-it. legs were hurting but manageable. it was a fight to the finish. but yeah. wore the new Nats half zip. fits well, feels nice, thumb holes. good shit.

Took about 1 and 1/3 scoop of USPLabs Jack3d. I think it came on very subtle and steady, not like a sudden burst or rush of energy the way Xpand 2X or NO-Xplode would hit me. i may have gotten a bit jittery during the lift, as my teeth began to chatter. but that may have just been in my head. but overall i wasnt shaking like i was with Hemo Rage or NO-Xplode typically. but the focus/concentration I got from it was intense. I was pretty much tunnel-visioned for most of the lift. It was just me and the weight, i didnt give a fuck about anyone else around me.
I wasn't getting fatigued, maybe since shoulders isn't as intensive.
During the rests in between sets my eyes would kinda just become fixated on a single point. Calm but composed. Didnt really experience a crash from the 1,3-dimethylamylamine either. i think ill try 2 full scoops next time.

4x10 with 45lbs DB press. drew spotted the last 2-3 reps. dropset from 45-30, then from 40-25. effective.
4x9 with 25lbs laterals. felt much stronger on this lift this week w/ 25lbs. 4x10 next week, maintaining good form. then 4x12 w/ 20lbs, 8 reps seated and then 4 reps standing for each set. 2 NOS sets from 20-15-12-10, then 5lbs the last set. #burnnnnn
4 sets of rear delts with 22.5lbs.
Traps-felt it ok, 70lbs each side. 4x15
Front raises 35lb plate superset with behind the neck press w/ 40lb ez curl bar. 4x10 each. felt a lot stronger on the front raises too, including improved front delt activation. but had trouble feeling the trap squeeze possibly due to fatigue induced restriction on range of motion.
