Night Walk

Exercise Type: Walk

Weather: Went for a walk at night

Comments:
Walked at around 1am on Tuesday morning. Walked to and from the lake, and around it. Right leg when I got back was sort of hurting. The next day I can tell I pushed it a little too much. Took off Tuesday Night, and Wednesday. Will walk again in the morning. Going for most likely 5 miles on Thursday, if my right leg is a bit stiff I'll simply walk to Stop and Shop and back. Which is 3 miles. Been eating like crap, but this will be the first week of no drinking. So that's my main focus. Also have stopped drinking soda totally. Been drinking Green tea which is a great transition.
