This is the first day of my proper training programme now. I've been kidding myself recently but I now have no study commitments so I can really focus on running and losing weight. Slow and steady start for a fat girl! Run 4 mins, walk 2. Did this for 3 miles and ran it in 33:08, burning 360 cals. Having a dvd to watch really helped. I won't always do this but I think it's a great diversionary tactic until it gets a bit easier to push myself and run!
