not doing workouts anymore since austin is doing the 800 workouts from now. so i and drew runned to the PP to pickup Cwade, we ran to the track, gave Emil the samples of preWO supps. did a 1.5mile, screwed around with a soccerball for a bit, then ran back to veale. took my 2 scoops of Jack3d and biked for 15min while it kicked in. probably started kickin in after about 10min of biking. by the time i went back down to the lockerrroom i felt it real good. i was moving at like 90miles and hour and my body shook so much i couldnt tie my shoes lol.
75lb dumbbell presses, aimed for 3x8, hit 2x8 and then 1x8 with assisted last 2 reps. drew kinda wasnt paying attention and left me hanging for a bit too long on one of the later reps in the 3rd set which fatigued my tri's big time, and the dumbell sorta collapsed on my chest at the end. but no biggie. then a dropset from 75 to 50, only managed like 3 reps outta the 75 and then like 5 from the 50.
70lb curls, not as tough as i was expecting. 3x8, had to rest pause the last set. then i think i did somehting like a 70-60 dropset. then did 2 sets with 60lbs for 10 reps. second set may have been a 60-50 dropset. then did a 60-40 dropset. memory is a little fuzzy on this one cuz i was so in the zone.
Incline seated press, 4x10 with 55lbs, hit it good, feeling much stronger on this. put 2.5s on for sets 3 and 4, required rest pauses
hammer curls - 4x10 with 27.5lbs, mostly did the cross body variation. then 2 sets with 22.5lbs.
flat seated presses. 80lbs each side, felt pretty easy, open palm to focus on pectoral contractions. 4x10 with this.
flys superset with cable curls. 2x8 w/ 30lbs, got really tough so dropped to 25lbs the 3rd set. then the cable curls were all at 20lbs, dropset third set to 17lbs.
awesome workout today. i think the Jack3d gave me cotton mouth, jsut felt really thirsty, and suppressed my appetite a lot. so i was forcing food down after plate 2. had to get liek 2 whole cups of chocolate milk to help chase everything down. brutal lol
