Last practice

just realized that today was the last practice. thats kinda sad. practice was a chillax time to hang around friends and mill around. ran about 3 with Ben to the track and got picked to help out with the workout. ran 5x150-200 with Taylor. i think she might be able to beat me in a sprint. i was going pretty much all out on the last 100, and i was by no means pulling away from her the least bit. good for her though. beast.
it was cold and snowed.
My legs are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo ridiculously stiffly achingly sore from the Terminator workout. it was tough to bend down to pick things up off the ground and to sit down in a chair. LOVE IT.



Back workout. 1.5 scoops of Hemo Rage. energized me well without wearing off.
3x8 of 100lbs on Tbar rows. felt it in the back better, then did a 70-45 drop higher rep. didnt do NOS to save the forearms for later.
Dips. some asshole hogged the dip belt without even using it. so we used the huge bench press chain around our neck like a hoss. then put an additional 15lb dumbbell between our feet. 5x10 of that. then 2x10ish with jsut the chain. then 1x25ish of bodyweight. good dipping session.

lat pulldowns. went for 4x10 with 140lbs. hit the first 3 sets ok, but then kinda hit the wall with that. and the last set was a 130-110 dropset. forearms were still worn from Tbars. but thats just the way it is.

one arm rows with bench dips. i probably felt the rows better today than anyother day. 35lb dips with feet elevated. 4x12 for both. go for 45lb plate next week, 4x10 with 45lbs.

reverse grip pulldowns with just 35 each side i think, superset with 15lb reverse flys. 3 sets, 10/12 reps each. got a decent burn in the teres area.

tricep rope extensions. 32.5 started off easy, got tough quick. 3x12. 4th set was a nos style drop.

energy levels stayed elevated throughout the lift. didnt really get a mild crash til about dinnertime
