Comments:
Had the Michigan minus the tempos today (rest was half the distance of the previous interval). Warmed up 4.5 solo because I needed to get back to the library quick, so I was trying to get extra miles out of the way. Ran the mile in 4:46, felt really relaxed, followed that up with a 3:31 1200. For some reason 800 reps always get me, but I kinda just stayed relaxed on this one and ran an even 2:16. For some reason even though my legs felt good, I felt nauseous after this rep, so I did a really slow jog between. Last 400 was a 60, I would've been faster but I was badly boxed right after 200 and had to pass pretty much on the rail after finally getting free with 75m to go. Still felt quite nauseous after that rep too, kinda unnerving but I wont fret. Cooled down roughly 2 miles afterwards
