Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I feel very blessed to have run the 5k workout instead of the 1500 workout. Going into practice, I felt pretty sure I might pass out from sprinting. The A1 workout, on the other hand, went very well, and Dylan and Andres are total bosses at pacing.
As for my ailment: I originally wrote this log Monday night, but as I published it Running Log collapsed, and I angrily gave up. When I wrote that, I remember commenting that I felt like my temperature was very off, in near-feverish range. I still felt weak on Monday, and still had a diminished appetite. I felt more like myself, though.
